Joel Katz is President of GRAE-Tex, LLC, a development partnership with GRAE Ventures. Mr. Katz focuses on net lease projects and development of multi-tenant retail opportunities in Texas.

Mr. Katz has been involved in real estate acquisitions, development and management of projects in California, Florida and the Mid-West for the past thirty years. He has extensive experience in the structuring and financing of existing projects and new development. Before entering the real estate market he practiced accounting with JK Lasser in New York City.

Mr. Katz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Long Island University.
