Graham Allchorn co-founded GRAE Ventures in 1996. Mr. Allchorn directs the acquisition and leasing of GRAE’s real estate.

Prior to 1996, for nearly ten years, Mr. Allchorn headed up all activities of West Venture Development’s Commercial Division. During his tenure he was responsible for the development and/or rehabilitation of more than 2,500,000 square feet of retail shopping centers. In 1986, he joined Amsted Associates as Vice President of leasing, where he was responsible for maintaining all existing shopping center lease activity and over two million square feet of retail space throughout California. Mr. Allchorn began his career in real estate in 1985, when he joined Langdon Rieder as Vice President, responsible for cultivating leads for the relocation of various corporate headquarters.

Mr. Allchorn graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Business Finance with a minor in International Finance.
